RJ45 is a standard type of connector for network cables. RJ45
connectors are most commonly seen with Ethernet cables and networks.
RJ45 also known as Registered Jack 45. RJ45 connectors feature eight
pins to which the wire strands of a cable interface electrically.
Standard RJ-45 pinouts define arrangement of the individual wires needed
when attaching connectors cable. So here is the arrangement of the
wires shown below which is straight and cross over cable.
This is the RJ45 connector.
Before
arranging the wires make sure to cut the wires straight so that it can
fitly inserted into the connector like shown below.
Then
once you already arrange the cables according to the color then insert
it into the connector but make sure not to insert it wrongly. Make sure
the cables fit into the connector then once you sure it is correct
finally you can crimp it with the RJ45 crimping tool.
